After extensive research I purchased Mito brand red light to help prevent my breast cancer returning and for overall better health. Since using it for approximately 3 months regularly I have noticed overall less pain in my neck, back, and shoulder. I had 22 lymph nodes removed on my left underarm and a totally mastectomy. Stage 3B cancer (with a 60% chance of recurrence) but I only made it through one full round of chemotherapy then my body couldn’t handle it. I did not complete radiation therapy or chemotherapy or the medication chemo they recommended) After about 2 months I developed “frozen shoulder” on my left side and with just a week of regular red light therapy on that arm I felt tremendous relief. My hair is growing back much thicker and faster with the red light and I have felt an overall improvement in my energy levels, skin appearance, as well as an awakening where I had extensive nerve damage from surgery. It’s been a year in May since my diagnosis (surgery was last a year ago July 3rd) and thus far no further cancer has been detected. The red light therapy does help with sore muscles after my walking exercise as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a more natural way to be healthier.

Rosacea Help

Mood lifter
I started using this only 4x week but now use it 6x per week. I think when you see your skin daily you don’t notice the improvement but my DIL recently told me she notices a definite improvement to my 64 year old skin. She feels I look more youthful. I recently discovered how it uplifts my mood too. I had a morning recently that was feeling rather gloomy. When I finished my 20 minute session I noticed a dramatic change in my mood.

I’ve had my panel for over 3 years and it’s still going strong. I really like that is has both red light and infrared light. I usually run infrared light before I go to bed and I’ve never slept so well!

Customer Service??
I have been researching the purchase of the Pro1500+ V2. From the stats it appears to meet my health goals with out excessive features that I would never use. I have messaged customer service several times. The most recent I was asking for additional irradiance results in addition to the 6” distance posted. Specifically 6”, 12”, 18”, and 25”along with the coverage areas at those distances. Numerous panels provide a graphic with this information. I never got a response. Several days later i called customer service to ask the same question. The phone connection was so bad I repeatedly had to have her repeat her responses to several questions and when asked about the irradiance she had to get back to me with what was a general assumption without specifics. Not at all happy with the experience.

We understand how important irradiance data and coverage information are when choosing the right panel, and we’re sorry your initial messages didn’t reach us and that your phone interaction was impacted by a poor connection.
To help provide clarity, we want to share the following:
These tests are performed at 6 inches, which is the industry standard and can be used as a reliable reference point when comparing performance across brands.
Distances Beyond 6 Inches While we do not currently publish irradiance charts at multiple distances (6", 12", 18", 25"), the data from our certified 6-inch measurement can be used as a baseline reference. Irradiance naturally decreases as distance increases, and we recommend maintaining a distance of 12–18 inches for optimal use.
We appreciate your suggestion to publish multi-distance irradiance and coverage graphics — this is valuable feedback, and we’ve shared it with our product and content team so we can improve the information provided to customers.
