At Mito Red Light, transparency and performance are at the core of everything we do. That’s why we invest in independent third-party testing to verify the power and efficiency of our red light therapy devices.

We use LightLab International Allentown LLC, a photometric testing laboratory in Allentown, PA, to ensure that our devices meet the highest standards. LightLab International is ISO-accredited and is an industry-approved testing lab for energy efficiency certification.

Unlike many brands that rely solely on internal data, we provide independently verified performance metrics—so you can trust that the numbers we share are real.

For full transparency, we’re sharing these testing results for each panel series below. These reports highlight key performance metrics, including irradiance, power, and total light output.

MitoPRO+ Series

The MitoPRO+ Series is designed for those who want both simplicity and high-powered red light therapy. Offering a balanced combination of red and near-infrared wavelengths, this series delivers strong irradiance for efficient, targeted light exposure.

MitoPRO 300+

The testing results show that the MitoPRO 300+ delivers an impressive 19,620 Joules in 10 minutes.

To understand the calculations, this is the breakdown:

Total Radiant Power (also known as Radiant Flux) of 32,710 milliwatts = 32.7 Watts.

1 Watt = 1 Joule Per Second

So, to calculate Joules in 10 minutes it is simply: 32.7 Watts X 10 minutes X 60 seconds / minute = 19,620 Joules.

MitoPRO 1500+

The testing results show that the MitoPRO 1500+ delivers an impressive 82,380 Joules in 10 minutes.

Total Radiant Power of 137,294 milliwatts = 137.3 Watts.

1 Watt = 1 Joule Per Second

So, to calculate Joules in 10 minutes it is simply: 137.3 Watts X 10 minutes X 60 seconds / minute = 82,380 Joules.

MitoPRO X Series

The MitoPRO X Series builds on the foundation of the MitoPRO+ platform, integrating a touchscreen interface, brightness control, and advanced functionality. With six LED wavelengths and compatibility with the Mito Red Light app, the MitoPRO X Series delivers both power and precision for an optimized red light therapy experience.

MitoPRO 300X

The testing results show that the MitoPRO 300X delivers an impressive 24,660 Joules in 10 minutes.

Total Radiant Power of 41,158 milliwatts = 41.1 Watts.

1 Watt = 1 Joule Per Second

So, to calculate Joules in 10 minutes it is simply: 41.1 Watts X 10 minutes X 60 seconds / minute = 24,660 Joules.

MitoPRO 750X

The testing results show that the MitoPRO 750X delivers an impressive 51,120 Joules in 10 minutes.

Total Radiant Power of 85,249 milliwatts = 85.2 Watts.

1 Watt = 1 Joule Per Second

So, to calculate Joules in 10 minutes it is simply: 85.2 Watts X 10 minutes X 60 seconds / minute = 51,120 Joules.

MitoPRO 1500X

The testing results show that the MitoPRO 1500X delivers an impressive 94,680 Joules in 10 minutes.

Total Radiant Power of 157,799 milliwatts = 157.8 Watts.

1 Watt = 1 Joule Per Second

So, to calculate Joules in 10 minutes it is simply: 157.8 Watts X 10 minutes X 60 seconds / minute = 94,680 Joules.

MitoADAPT 3.0 Series

The MitoADAPT 3.0 Series is our most advanced and versatile panel series. With 11 different modes, app connectivity, and adaptive brightness control, this series offers an unparalleled level of customization for targeted red light therapy.

MitoADAPT MIN 3.0

The testing results show that the MitoADAPT MIN 3.0 delivers an impressive 18,840 Joules in 10 minutes.

Total Radiant Power of 31,418 milliwatts = 31.4 Watts.

1 Watt = 1 Joule Per Second

So, to calculate Joules in 10 minutes it is simply: 31.4 Watts X 10 minutes X 60 seconds / minute = 18,840 Joules.

MitoADAPT MAX 3.0

The testing results show that the MitoADAPT MID 3.0 delivers an impressive 58,320 Joules in 10 minutes.

Total Radiant Power of 97,252 milliwatts = 97.2 Watts.

1 Watt = 1 Joule Per Second

So, to calculate Joules in 10 minutes it is simply: 97.2 Watts X 10 minutes X 60 seconds / minute = 58,320 Joules.

Mito Red Original 2.0 Series

The Mito Red Original 2.0 Series is a trusted, no-frills option for those looking for high-quality red light therapy at an affordable price. With a simple yet powerful design, these panels provide strong irradiance and an effective balance of 660nm and 850nm wavelengths.

MitoMIN 2.0

The testing results show that the MitoMIN 2.0 delivers an impressive 21,720 Joules in 10 minutes.

Total Radiant Power of 36,257 milliwatts = 36.2 Watts.

1 Watt = 1 Joule Per Second

So, to calculate Joules in 10 minutes it is simply: 36.2 Watts X 10 minutes X 60 seconds / minute = 21,720 Joules.

MitoMID 2.0

The testing results show that the MitoMID 2.0 delivers an impressive 37,500 Joules in 10 minutes.

Total Radiant Power of 62,526 milliwatts = 62.5 Watts.
