How long is each session?

Each session runs for a fixed 15 minutes. Press the single button on the coat to start, and it shuts off automatically when the session is complete. No settings to adjust. Just one press and go.

How do I know which size coat to order?

Measure your dog's back from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail. Small fits dogs roughly 20 to 40 lbs, Medium fits 40 to 65 lbs, and Large fits 65 to 100+ lbs. Check the size chart above for breed examples. Between sizes? We recommend sizing up. The Velcro closure gives you room to adjust for a snug fit.

Can my dog walk around while wearing the coat?
