Mito Red’s products are protected by one or more patents in the United States and internationally. This page is provided in compliance with the virtual patent marking provisions of applicable jurisdictions, including the America Invents Act (35 U.S.C. §287(a)).

Mito Red Light is committed to protecting its intellectual property and enforcing its patent rights.

We hereby notify the public and relevant parties that the following U.S. design patents have been duly granted to Mito Red Light, covering proprietary elements of our red light therapy product designs:

• U.S. Design Patent No. USD1064305S1 – MitoCHIRO

• U.S. Design Patent No. USD1075034S1 – MitoPRO X

• U.S. Design Patent No. USD1064304S1 – MitoPRO Floor Stand 

Any unauthorized reproduction, manufacture, sale, or distribution of products that infringe upon these patented designs may constitute willful infringement under U.S. law and is subject to legal action, including but not limited to injunctive relief and monetary damages.

Mito Red Light actively monitors the marketplace and will enforce its rights against any infringing activity.
