MitoPRO+ | Red Light Therapy Panel Series v2

I have been researching the purchase of the Pro1500+ V2. From the stats it appears to meet my health goals with out excessive features that I would never use. I have messaged customer service several times. The most recent I was asking for additional irradiance results in addition to the 6” distance posted. Specifically 6”, 12”, 18”, and 25”along with the coverage areas at those distances. Numerous panels provide a graphic with this information. I never got a response. Several days later i called customer service to ask the same question. The phone connection was so bad I repeatedly had to have her repeat her responses to several questions and when asked about the irradiance she had to get back to me with what was a general assumption without specifics. Not at all happy with the experience.

I have been trying to use my panels consistently and sometimes let my kids/dog use it as well. Customer service has been extremely difficult to deal with but I'm hoping the results we get with the panels will be worth the hassle. I wish dealing with Mito or having to utilize their customer service was less painful.

My husband and I have been using the smallest one for about a week now and so far are seeing results. I use only Infrared since I'm trying to ease joint and inflammation issues. He uses the combination as he likes the heat on his back. I can already tell that my hip and knee pain is reduced, even though (as per the directions) I have so far been doing shorter sessions.

I purchased the MitoPro 300+ at the recommendation of my doctor for my ME/CFS, following positive medical study results. I had high hopes that the MitoPro might help to lessen my pain and fatigue. I have had ME/CFS for 18 years and my condition is slowly worsening, so I was hopeful that red light therapy might help where other treatments had not. I have been using the panel daily for just over a month (10 minutes on my chest as directed by my ME/CFS specialist, and 10 on my shoulder for a chronic injury). Unfortunately, after 36 days, I have not seen any noticeable effects to either my pain or my fatigue levels. I am undecided as to whether I will keep the panel; at the moment I am leaning towards returning it as, if anything, my fatigue has actually been worse this past month rather than better.

Even though the panel doesn’t appear to be working for me, I will say that it is extremely well made, very easy to use, and very bright (I actually need to wear both the provided goggles and sunglasses together to prevent dry eye while using). As far as red light therapy devices go, I think Mito makes an excellent product, it just hasn’t provided any relief for my very stubborn disease.

Seems like a very high quality product and seems to be very well made and very sturdy. Simple to use. I purchased the stand to lay under it but if I had to do it again I would probably wall mount it and just stand in front of it. you only do this for 20 minutes so standing in front of it would not be a big deal. I tend to fall asleep when I lay under it (which is nice) but it takes up a lot of room with a “cot” to lay on underneath it.

Seems like a very good product so far.
