Red light.
I love it. Use it 2 or 3 times a week. Sometimes more. Keeps me calm and feeling rested. Tha youth appearance doesn't hurt either. I'm a senior but it's beneficial for keeping wrinkles at bay.

Great results
I use my panel 2 to 3 times a week. I have noticed a difference in the reduction of shoulder pain only after a few months of use. My skin also feels much better. Fewer breakouts that seem to heal much quicker than they used to. Truly enjoy my red light therapy device. I highly recommend.

Outstanding product Updated review
This is an update from my original review written in May of 2022. I've been using the Mito red light for 1 year and 7 months now and the results have been just north of amazing! I am 66 and have had mild Rosacea on my face since my early 30's. This changed around 2020 and became much worse and also moved to my scalp. The condiotion was so bad that I couldn't be in direct sun light without feeling an intense burning feeling on my scalp. Ive been using the red light about 5 times per week for about 15 minutes per session. I also started using sulfur soap at the same time on my face, scalp and hair. I began using the red light only on my face. After a couple of months I started rotating from my face to the top of my head. I don't know if it was that change or just time using the light but it greatly improved my condition. Prior to my red light therapy the only solution was taking antibiotics, and that was just a temporary fix. I have not taken any antibiotics since May of 2022. My Rosacea is essentially gone. I say essentially because once in a while I will get a small pimple type red bump but nothing more. My scalp condition has improved to what I consider to be a normal condition. Prior to my red light treatment my scalp was producing too much oil. This would affect my scalp and my face. I tried everything I could find but nothing worked and often times some products made my conditon worse. Red light therapy and using sulfur soap has eliminated the oily scalp and face issue…

Mite Red Light therapy is Great!
I suffer from joint pain caused by arthritis and I hardly even think about anymore since I have been using Mito red light therapy regularly. I feel back to normal and totally forget about my joint pain about 99% of the time, when it occasionally hurts it is much less painful and I can usually track it back to having not attended to my red light therapy for a few days. The device is very easy to use and nice looking enough to not cramp my style.

It delivers!
I anticipated there wouldn’t be immediate results, but within a week I could start to see some sleep modification, as well as an unexpected neck tightening. Real results did take a good 3 weeks, but I am hooked, and I have also used it for physical activity muscle strain, and back pain from repetitive motion (painting)

didn't work for me
Not good. I used it for TWO MINUTES on my back, and sat the device well over three feet from me. It burned me. So, as much as I can see it benefitting many people? Not for me.!!

Way better than a mask
This is so powerful. I bought a mask from another company and it just felt suffocating and not as powerful, not to mention if you want to do your neck that is another cost. This takes care of everything. Would not be without it.
