Shipping policy

FREE shipping on all US orders (lower 48). Expedited shipping options are available during checkout. Orders over $800 are shipped with a signature required. Orders that require expedited shipping must be placed before 1 p.m. MST to arrive within the service window. Any Express orders purchased after 1p.m. will be shipped the following business day and are not guaranteed to arrive within the express window. 

US orders typically ship from on of our warehouses in Arizona, Tennessee, Utah, Canada and/or from our Amazon shipping partner by FedEx Ground/DHL/USPS/UPS/TNT. In severe back order situations, we may ship by air direct from our manufacturing facilities. Tracking information will be emailed upon shipment of all orders.

Discounted International Shipping. Discounted rates will automatically be calculated at checkout. 

International Orders

When available, Canadian orders qualify for free shipping from our Canada-based warehouse. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on product availability and fulfillment location. If an item is out of stock in Canada, it may ship from the nearest available country, and applicable shipping fees, duties, and tariffs will be calculated and charged at checkout.

We do offer international shipping to select regions, including Asia and the Middle East, fulfilled from our overseas warehouse. 

At this time, we’re unable to ship to EU countries due to current logistics limitations. We hope to offer EU shipping in the future and truly appreciate your understanding.

Please allow an additional 2–4 business days for processing international orders.

We use Zonos to facilitate international checkout, duty and tax calculations, and cross-border compliance. By placing an international order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that Zonos may process certain elements of your checkout experience, including determining the duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees associated with your shipment.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees (We Collect & Pay Tariffs)

For all international orders, we collect any applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, and import-related charges (“Landed Costs”) at checkout.

We act as the Importer of Record, which means:

  • We use the funds collected at checkout to pay the required tariffs, duties, and import fees to customs authorities on your behalf.
  • You will not be required to pay duties or taxes upon delivery unless your local customs agency independently assesses additional charges.
  • All Landed Costs displayed during checkout through Zonos are based on the best available data at that time.

By completing checkout, you authorize us to collect and remit these fees so that your shipment can clear customs efficiently.

Accuracy of Zonos Calculations

Zonos provides duty and tax estimates at checkout. While Zonos is designed to be accurate, we do not control, and are not liable for, any variances between the estimated amounts and the final amounts assessed by customs authorities.

Any discrepancy between estimated and final charges does not constitute grounds for a refund, reimbursement, or chargeback. In rare cases where customs requires additional fees beyond what was collected, we may contact you or charge the difference to the original payment method.

Import Regulations & Customs Clearance

Because we are the Importer of Record:

  • We handle the customs filings, payment of duties/taxes, and import compliance.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the products you order are legal to receive in your country.
  • Customs clearance procedures may cause delays, which are outside our control.

If a shipment is refused, rejected, abandoned, or returned due to local import restrictions, failure to accept delivery, or an incorrect address, no refunds will be issued for products or shipping.

International Shipping Times & Risk of Loss

International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier performance, or local postal service delays.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs
  • Seizures or inspections
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

Fraud Prevention & Compliance

Zonos may decline transactions that fail cross-border verification or compliance checks. We reserve the right to cancel any international order that does not meet Zonos or carrier shipping requirements.

No Chargebacks or Disputes for Customs, Duties, or Delays

By placing an international order, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim related to customs processing times, transportation delays, duty/tax variances, refused deliveries, abandoned shipments, or discrepancies between estimated and final import fees. All shipping costs, duties, taxes, and tariffs collected at checkout are non-refundable once your order has shipped.

Export Restrictions & Destination Limitations

We may cancel or refuse an international order if the destination country prohibits or restricts the import of our products or if export control regulations limit shipment. You are solely responsible for ensuring the products you purchase are lawful to import and compliant with your country’s regulations. We make no representation regarding international regulatory approvals, device classifications, or import permissions.

Warranty Limitations for International Orders

Our standard product warranty applies to international purchases; however, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees associated with sending products back to us for warranty service. We are not responsible for customs delays, holds, or assessments on warranty-related shipments. Replacement shipments for international warranty claims may require additional documentation and may incur shipping costs.

Refund Limitations for International Orders

International orders are not eligible for refunds of shipping costs, duties, taxes, tariffs, or other import fees. No refunds will be issued for shipments delayed, held, refused, or abandoned due to customs activity, import restrictions, failure to pick up the package, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Seized Packages

We are not responsible for packages delayed, held, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities. Once goods are given to the carrier, title and responsibility for the shipment transfer to you. Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted within the carrier’s required timeframe and are subject to carrier investigation.

PLEASE NOTE:  Please allow around 2-4 days for our overseas team to ship your order. Once the item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number this means your order is in the queue and will be shipped in the order it was received. Our fulfillment center outside the US may ship via DHL/FedEx/UPS (depending  on destination location). Order cancellations or changes to the shipping address will not be approved if the item is already in transit. 

Any shipment within the USA that was shipped correctly but is subsequently refused by the recipient, unable to be delivered with the customer supplied address or returned to our warehouse will incur a fee of 5% per item for shipping/warehousing/receiving charges. Any international returned shipment will incur a fee of 5% per item and the shipping fees are non-refundable.

Buyer has ten (10) days after delivery to report the receipt of a damaged item. Damages during shipping are rare, but they do happen.

Please inspect your light and report any issues to us within this 10 day grace period. Mito Red Light will not be responsible for damages reported to us after this 10 day period. 


Time In Transit:  

All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received.  Our fulfillment centers fulfill orders Monday - Friday. The time in transit depends on your distance from the distribution center which your order is shipped (typically 1-7 business days).

All international orders ship from our overseas facility and are shipped in the order in which they are received.  International shipment times vary but are typically 4-10 days.
