Mito Red Light Affiliate Program — Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Mito Red Light Affiliate Program. We’re excited to partner with individuals and professionals who align with our mission around health, wellness, and performance.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Mito Red Light reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

 

1. Program Overview

As a Mito Red Light affiliate, you will receive:

A unique affiliate link to promote our products

A 5% discount automatically applied for customers using your link

10% commission on device sales

20% commission on skincare sales

🔴 Important:

Mito Red Light does not track or attribute affiliate commissions through coupon or discount codes.

All commissions must be tracked through your unique affiliate link to be eligible for payout.

Use of a discount code alone - without a tracked affiliate link - will not result in commission attribution unless explicitly approved in writing by Mito Red Light.

Mito Red Light reserves the sole and absolute right to determine commission attribution in all cases.

Your affiliate dashboard (via Social Snowball or other platforms) will provide access to tracking and performance data.

 

2. Commission & Payment Terms

Commission Structure:

10% of order total (excluding taxes and shipping) for devices

20% for skincare products

Cookie Window:

7 days from initial click

Trial Period / Holdback:

Commissions are eligible for payout 60 days after purchase to account for our return window.

 

Minimum Payout Requirements

Affiliates must meet all of the following to receive payment:

Minimum $200 USD in earned commissions

At least two (2) completed sales, including at least one non-self purchase

Commissions below this threshold will roll over month-to-month.

⚠️ Important:

If an affiliate account is terminated for any reason before reaching the minimum payout threshold, all unpaid commissions are forfeited.

Payment Details

Payment methods: PayPal or ACH

Payment timing: Processed within the first 10 days of each month (for eligible commissions)

Mito Red Light is not responsible for tracking errors, platform limitations, technical issues, or any discrepancies in reporting that may impact commission attribution or payout.

 

3. Program Eligibility

This program is intended for:

Content creators (UGC, influencers)

Website owners, bloggers, and email publishers

Professionals (e.g., estheticians, chiropractors, wellness practitioners)

 

🚫 Coupon / deal sites are NOT permitted in this program.

Coupon partners must apply separately via:

Any coupon site or similar entity found participating in this program will be:

Immediately removed

All commissions voided

 

Multiple Accounts & Identity Restrictions

Affiliates are permitted to maintain one (1) account per individual or entity.

The creation or operation of multiple affiliate accounts — whether directly or indirectly — is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating accounts under different names, emails, or business entities

• Operating accounts on behalf of others to circumvent restrictions

• Reapplying after termination under a new identity or entity

Any attempt to create, operate, or benefit from multiple affiliate accounts will result in:

• Immediate termination of all associated accounts

• Immediate forfeiture of all unpaid commissions

• Permanent ban from the program

Mito Red Light reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether multiple accounts are related or controlled by the same individual or entity. Mito Red Light may use any available data, including IP address, device information, payment details, or behavioral patterns, to identify related accounts.

 

4. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must promote Mito Red Light in a way that aligns with our brand values: education, integrity, and accuracy.

Approved Channels

Social media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

Blogs, websites, and newsletters

In-person practices

Prohibited Activities

Bidding on branded search terms (Google Ads, etc.)

Posting to coupon, rebate, or discount sites/groups

Making false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims

Making medical claims (products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure disease)

Using trademarks, logos, or product images without permission

Promoting on adult, offensive, or inappropriate platforms

Creating deceptive, spammy, or “clickbait” content

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

 

5. FTC & Legal Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC endorsement guidelines.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever your link appears.

Example:

“As an affiliate, I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”

Disclosures must be:

Clear

Conspicuous

Placed near the affiliate link

Affiliates are solely responsible for compliance.

6. Self-Purchases and Personal Use

Affiliates may use their own links

Purchases from friends, family, and clients are allowed

However:

At least one qualifying sale must come from a third party to receive payout

 

7. Termination & Discretion

Mito Red Light reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, terminate, or remove any affiliate from the program at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Affiliates:

Have no vested right to participate

Have no guarantee of earnings or continued access

Acknowledge that participation may be revoked at any time

Mito Red Light may also withhold or deny any commission payments at its sole discretion, regardless of whether a violation is explicitly identified.

 

8. Prohibited Conduct & Enforcement

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination:

Posting fake, misleading, or unauthorized coupon codes

Advertising discounts that do not exist

Deceptive link baiting (e.g., “coupon code” traps)

Reddit/forum spam or manipulation

Fake reviews or impersonation

Cookie stuffing or forced clicks

Attribution hijacking or last-click interception

Using browser extensions, pop-ups, or scripts that overwrite or inject affiliate tracking without clear user intent

Misleading users into clicking affiliate links under false pretenses

Any attempt to manipulate tracking, attribution, or commissions

Creating posts or threads designed solely to manipulate rankings or generate clicks (e.g., “coupon code” bait posts)

Impersonating customers or posting deceptive “reviews” to drive traffic

Any attempt to game attribution through dishonest or misleading tactics

 

We actively monitor affiliate traffic sources. Any affiliate found engaging in these behaviors will be:

Immediately banned from the program

Have all commissions voided (including pending and unpaid)

🚨 Important:

Any affiliate promoting, implying, exaggerating, or misrepresenting discounts - including unauthorized or inaccurate offers - is considered deceptive and grounds for immediate termination.

 

9. Catch-All Authority

Mito Red Light retains sole and absolute discretion to determine:

Whether affiliate activity is acceptable

Whether traffic is legitimate or incremental

Whether behavior aligns with the intent of the program

All determinations made by Mito Red Light are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

Even if behavior is not explicitly listed in these terms, Mito Red Light may take action if it deems the activity inappropriate, low-value, or misaligned.

 

10. Enforcement Actions

Violations - or any activity deemed inappropriate - may result in:

Immediate termination

Immediate forfeiture of all unpaid commissions

Reversal of pending commissions

Clawback of previously paid commissions

Permanent ban from the program

All enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Mito Red Light. Mito Red Light is not obligated to provide evidence, justification, or explanation for enforcement decisions.

 

11. Inactive Accounts

Mito Red Light reserves the right to remove or deactivate any affiliate account that has not generated meaningful activity for 90 days.

“Activity” is defined at the sole discretion of Mito Red Light and may include clicks, conversions, or engagement.

Inactive account removal may result in:

Loss of account access

Forfeiture of unpaid commissions (if minimum thresholds are not met)

 

12. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors.

Participation in this program does not create:

Employment

Partnership

Joint venture

Agency relationship

Affiliates have no authority to act on behalf of Mito Red Light.

 

13. Final Terms

These terms constitute the full agreement between parties

Any ambiguity in these terms shall be interpreted in favor of Mito Red Light, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement rights

If you focus on honest promotion and genuine content, this will be a highly rewarding partnership.
