    Multiple benefits

    It has taken a few weeks, but I think I see an improvement in my skin, i.e., wrinkles and crepy skin seem smoother. Also, I sprained my ankle and I think it's healing faster with red light in combination with ice, compression and elevation.

    Almost Perfect ... Small Panel

    This is an honest review. No incentive or freebie... I did use discount offer using my Shop app, but that's not something exclusive to me. Anyways, I really like the MITOADAPT. The app synced up with my android easily. Total set up, from box to starting 1st session from my phone, was probably about 5 minutes. (I had already researched which setting(s) to use, how long, etc.)

    I got this panel for 2 reasons. Even though I already have a mask by a different company, I personally do not care for the feeling of it right against my face. It makes me feel uncomfortable and feels like certain areas around my eyes and mouth aren't getting targeted sufficiently. Also, the one that I have doesn't offer multiple wavelengths simultaneously. I can manually change between them, but that means it takes a lot more time for me to benefit from variety offered.

    And the 2nd, more important, reason that I purchased this item is because of the addition of the 810 wavelength and the promising research that is starting to emerge on its "healing" benefits for the body. I have EDS and suffer from chronic pain due to my joints slipping. I have had several full dislocations of major joints (knees, elbow, shoulder, wrist), and it's not uncommon for me subluxacate smaller joints (ribs, SI, fingers) just doing everyday tasks. Even though I haven't seen any research directly related to EDS, my joints issues/injuries primarily occur when I have high levels of inflammation. So, I am hopeful I will see…
