Mito red light
I use my mito red light a minimum of12 minutes, 4 times a week. I have Rosacea type1, PIH and PIE on my face and poikiloderma on my neck. I have noticed a significant difference in the redness and the tone and texture of my face has improved. The light is so much easier to use than a face mask because you don't have to worry about charging, apps, or the battery life of a face mask.
I love my Mito and I'm so glad I bought it!!

Sleeping so much better!
With the Day Light Savings time and not seeing Sun first thing in the morning. I use Mode 8 for 10 minutes first thing in the morning which helps me have better sleep and night! I have more to learn about the other modes but so far I’m very happy!

Great Investment
I ordered the MitoADAPT MID 4.O + MAX 4.0 panels looking to improve my mitochondrial health. I am impressed with the quality, it was better than expected. I currently use the door hanger but I will upgrade to a stand eventually. I have been using it for 6 weeks, 15 minutes twice a day, 6 days a week. I notice improved joint mobility without pain. My wife says she can tell the difference in my face wrinkles. I am looking forward to more positive results with consistent use.
