What Is a Red Light Therapy Bed?
A red light therapy bed is a full-body panel system that delivers red (630–660nm) and near-infrared (810–850nm) wavelengths simultaneously across the entire body. Unlike handheld devices or targeted panels, a bed-style setup allows for whole-body photobiomodulation in a single session — making it the preferred format for clinical practices, wellness centers, and serious home users.
How It Works
Red and near-infrared light penetrates the skin and underlying tissue, stimulating mitochondrial function through a process called photobiomodulation (PBM).
