Mito Red Free Returns + Package Protection provides customers with added convenience and protection for their order. By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Free Return Shipping (60-Day Trial)

This service covers the cost of return shipping for elective returns within the 60-day trial period.

Elective returns include situations where a customer decides they no longer wish to keep the product within the trial window.

The coverage applies only to the cost of return shipping and does not include the cost of packaging materials needed to send the product back.

2. Packaging Requirements for Returns

To ensure safe transit and eligibility for return processing:

  • Customers must keep all original packaging materials, including the box, foam inserts, and protective materials.

  • Products must be returned in the original packaging to ensure the device is protected during transit.

If original packaging is not available, customers should contact Mito Red Customer Support before returning the product to obtain guidance on proper packaging.

Returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging or missing original packaging may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

3. Package Protection Coverage

Package Protection provides insurance coverage for your order during transit from Mito Red to the customer.

This coverage applies in the event the shipment is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Stolen after delivery (where applicable)

  • Damaged during shipping

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, customers should contact Mito Red Customer Support so a claim can be initiated.

4. Packaging Requirement for Damage Claims

If a product needs to be returned due to damage, it must be shipped back using the original packaging.

Package Protection does not cover damage caused by returning the product without proper packaging.

6. Non-Refundable Service

The Free Returns + Package Protection service is non-refundable once purchased.

The Free Returns + Package Protection service is only available on shipments to the United States.
