In addition to her nursing background, Heidi possesses a deep knowledge of herbalism, blending traditional healing practices with modern healthcare. Her strong connection to her Hispanic and Native American heritage and health traditions enriches her holistic approach to healthcare, herbal medicine, and complementary alternative medicine, making her a compassionate and knowledgeable advocate for wellness.
