Mito Red Light Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions (Updated May 7, 2025)

Welcome to the Mito Red Light Affiliate Program! We’re excited to partner with individuals and professionals who are passionate about health and wellness. Please read the following terms carefully. By joining, you agree to the terms below.

These terms are subject to change at any time. We’ll do our best to notify you of any major updates.

1. Program Overview

As a Mito Red Light affiliate, you’ll receive:

  • A unique affiliate link to promote our products
  • A 5% discount automatically applied for anyone who shops through your link
  • 10% commission on every sale made through your link


🔴 NOTE: We no longer use affiliate codes. All sales must come through your unique link in order to track and qualify for commission.

Your affiliate dashboard (hosted via Social Snowball) will include your link and performance tracking tools.

2. Commission & Payment Details

Commission rate: 10% of the order total (excluding shipping & taxes)
Discount: 5% OFF for all customers who shop through your link
Cookie window: 30 days (tracks purchases made within 30 days of a click)
Trial period: Commissions become eligible for payout 60 days after the sale to allow for our 60-day product trial window

💸 Payment Schedule:
Payout method: PayPal or ACH (directly deposited into your bank account)
Payout timing: Payments are processed within the first 10 days of each month

💰 Minimum payout threshold:

  • At least 2 completed sales (cannot both be from yourself)
  • Minimum $100 in commissions due
  • Commissions roll over month to month until these requirements are met.


3. Promotional Guidelines

We encourage affiliates to promote Mito Red Light in ways that align with our brand values: education, integrity, and wellness. Our products are general health and wellness devices and should be presented as such.

Recommended Promotion Channels:
✅ Social media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
✅ Blogs, websites, and email newsletters
✅ In-person wellness practices (ideal for chiropractors, estheticians, etc.)

Prohibited Promotion Methods:
🚫 Paid search ads (e.g., Google Ads) targeting Mito Red Light-branded terms
🚫 Posting offers to coupon, rebate, or discount sites/groups
🚫 False or misleading medical claims about our products
🚫 Using our trademarks, logos, or product images without permission
🚫 Promotion on adult or offensive content platforms
🚫 Creating “scam”-style or misleading content

Violating any of these policies may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

4. FTC & Legal Disclosures

Affiliates must follow FTC guidelines by clearly disclosing their relationship with Mito Red Light.

For example:
“As an affiliate, I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”

This disclosure must be clear, visible, and included wherever you promote your link.

Affiliates may not make medical claims about Mito Red Light products. Our products are wellness devices, not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Stick to general wellness benefits and personal experience when promoting.

5. Self-Purchases, Friends & Family

✔️ Yes, you may use your own link when purchasing.
✔️ Yes, purchases from friends, family, and clients will count.

However, to qualify for payout, you must have at least 2 completed sales, including at least one from someone other than yourself.

This ensures the program is used for genuine promotion, not just personal discounts.

6. Termination Policy

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for:

  • Violating these terms
  • Making false or misleading claims
  • Engaging in unethical or abusive behavior
  • Creating content that is harmful to our brand


Likewise, you may leave the program at any time. We believe in mutual respect and success.
