Great idea, but there's a design flaw..
I love how this addresses neck issues, but there is something lacking in the design. Once the button is pressed to turn the devise on, the R/NIR lights go on immediately and the timer begins before you have time to configure the settings. In the meantime, the only way to protect your eyes from the NIR is to put something over the devise because you can't wear goggles and see what you're doing. If you want to use the remote instead to configure the settings, you can't because there's no display function. I have 3 other products from MIto that I am happy with, and am surprised that they put out this product that was not well thought out.
I've only had it a short time and used it only once, but this whole experience of trying to figure out how to set it up and use it has left me frustrated.. that's why the 2 stars. There were many chats with their Fin AI which gave me wrong information, and emails back and forth which took days to finally resolve. I'm still waiting to hear back from them about another question.
When I bought my first Mito product, I was able to call and get a live person in Arizona, and even talked to the owner once because he answered the phone. When I call about this product, it got outsourced to another country instead and the communication was lacking. The great customer service is why I really liked this company and kept coming back to them, and the fact that you could talk to a live person from the company. This whole experience has me…
