I have thoroughly enjoyed my red light therapy device so far. I am prone to bacne and have not seen any noticble improvements so far. Other than that my skin is healthy to begin with and I am also only 20 years old.

I do notice an uplifted mood and energy increase right after using my panels, this is helpful because I live in a cloudy climate that doesn’t get a lot of sun for most of the year.

I have noticed that my skin complexion isn’t as pale as it usually is this winter and that I have somewhat of a “glow”. I recently injured my back and have used red light therapy since my injury, I’m not sure if it’s helped me, but there’s a lot of other factors at play. My family uses the panels as well and my mom noticed a reduction in foot and ankle pain after a single use.

I’ve only had my panels for around 2 months. I decided to get a750 right after my 1500 and stack them together because I wanted greater coverage and shorter sessions. For reference I am 5’11.5, so these panels nearly cover me head to toe.

The stand also makes it easy to move the panels around, I usually keep it in my room, sometimes my mom wants to use it, sometimes I bring jr to the garage and workout in front of the light in the evening, or will turn it on in the corner of my room in the morning to set my circadian rhythm. Oh and my cat likes it too!

I purchased both of these a couple of months ago. My review is two parts and why I only give them a 2 star.

1. Product - very happy with it. My Wife, Daughter and I use it almost every day between the 3 of us. We’re happy with that side of it.

2. Customer Service- not happy at all here. I guess I received points with the two items I purchased. Enough points for a small bedside lamp. I can’t figure out how to add the points at check out. I sent two emails to customer service with no replies. I even called the customer number and only had an option to leave a message (woman’s voice on recorder) never got a call back. Emailed after the call and still no reply. So I’m concerned this will be an issue should I need a repair. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I did a great deal of research before purchasing. Really impressed with shipping packaging, the included instructional/informational manual, the panel’s construction, and easy phone Bluetooth connection for operation. Just started my first week of use, looking forward to good results.

Very pleased with the decision to go with panel over mask. My husband has started using it for achy joints and inflammation as well. 5 stars so far!
