This spray is heavy and leaves hair feeling oily and dirty (I’m a woman with mid-length curly hair). The product is primarily comprised of essential oils, which smell great but burned my scalp. From what I can tell, there is no efficacious, active ingredient in here that could be expected to stimulate hair growth or help hair health. Purchased as part of the Black Friday push for buying the topical trio. Don’t think I can use the botttle. The RLT body spray is great though!

After incorporating the RLT+® Hair Mist into my red light therapy routine, I've noticed my scalp feels more nourished. The mist is lightweight and doesn't leave any residue, which is a plus. While it's not a miracle spray, it seems to complement my hair care regimen well.

I love the amazing smell with the peppermint oil and tea tree. As I lie down on my Mito Red Light mat, I am so relaxed and feel like I'm in a spa due to the wonderful smell. In addition to the smell, it feels WONDERFUL!!! It is super refreshing!!

I haven't been able to use it along with my red light mat long enough to know if it has helped my hair grow, but it can't be hurting.

The only drawback I experienced was that it makes my hair oily. I can't use it daily unless I want to wash my hair daily. So I will save it for hair-washing day.

Overall, I love the product. I just wished I could use it every day without the oily hair.
