Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Facebook Platform policy, we provide a method for users to request the deletion of their data collected through Facebook Login or any related Facebook integration on our Shopify store.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Go to your Facebook account’s “Settings & Privacy” → “Settings” → “Apps and Websites”.
2. Find and select the app named Mito Red Light Store Login (or your app’s name).
3. Click “Remove App”.
4. While removing the app, check the option to “Delete all your activity related to this app”.

Alternatively, you can send a data deletion request directly to us by emailing info@mitoredlight.com with the subject line “Facebook Data Deletion Request”. We will respond within 7 business days and permanently remove your associated Facebook login data from our systems.

What Data Is Deleted

• Any identifiers received from Facebook Login (user ID, name, email, profile picture, access tokens).
• All Shopify customer records linked to the Facebook login, except where retention is required by law (e.g., past orders, tax documents).
