What wavelengths does the MitoADAPT 4.0 use?

The MitoADAPT 4.0 uses eight wavelengths: 590nm (amber), 630nm, 660nm, 670nm (red), 810nm, 830nm, 850nm, and 940nm (near-infrared).

What is TruDUAL™ Chip Technology and why does it matter?

Each LED lens in the MitoADAPT 4.0 contains multiple chips on independent circuits. This allows the panel to activate specific wavelength combinations independently — not just "all on" or "all off". This is what makes the 11 modes possible. Without this architecture, a multi-wavelength panel would simply run all wavelengths simultaneously at reduced intensity, which is less effective and less flexible than targeted mode-based delivery.

How far should I stand and how long per session?

Stand 6–12 inches from the panel. Sessions are typically 10 minutes per treatment area. Daily use is safe. Most users see meaningful results within 4–8 weeks of consistent use at 4–7 sessions per week. For new users, start with Mode 1 (Full Spectrum) and cycle through Modes 1–6 as you gather feedback and experience with different combinations.
