Mito Red Light Partners with Crunch Fitness to Bring Advanced Light Therapy to Fitness Recovery

Scottsdale, AZ — August 5th, 2026 — Mito Red Light, a leader in high-performance red and near-infrared light therapy technology, today announced a partnership with Crunch Fitness to introduce red light therapy solutions to select Crunch locations, expanding access to recovery and wellness technology for gym members. The first location to launch the program is the Crunch Fitness in Mesquite, TX, owned and operated by Undefeated Tribe Franchise Group.

As part of the rollout, Mito Red Light panels have been installed in dedicated red light rooms within the club’s R&R (Recovery & Relaxation) space, giving members a designated environment to incorporate light therapy into their recovery routine.

The partnership will integrate Mito Red Light devices into Crunch’s recovery and wellness offerings, allowing members to experience light therapy as part of their fitness and recovery routines.

Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to support cellular energy production and recovery processes in the body. Increasingly used by athletes, wellness practitioners, and health-conscious consumers, the technology has become a growing category in performance and recovery.
