Q: When will my order ship?

Time In Transit:  

All USA orders ship via UPS Ground from our Arizona facility and are shipped in the order in which they are received.  Our fulfillment center fulfills orders Monday - Friday. The time in transit depends on your distance from our distribution center in Arizona (typically 1-5 business days).

All Canada / European orders ship via DHL from our Arizona facility and are shipped in the order in which they are received.  Shipments to Canada generally take around 4-5 days. European orders can vary but are typically 4-10 days.

Shipments to all other countries originate from our international shipping center located outside of the USA and ship via DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT with times in transit anywhere from 4 to 10 days.
